Blank DS Compliance Inspection Report
During an inspection, Program Advisors use a DS Compliance Inspection Report to assess compliance. This blank inspection report shows all indicators.

DS Indicator List
A plain language list of each QAM requirement that includes:
1. the regulation,
2. the policy intent of that regulation,
3. plain language indicator (what is required?), and
4. a description of the documentation or evidence required for compliance
Note that some requirements apply to specific ministry-funded developmental services and supports as follows:
HF  =Host Family / LifeShare
SGLR =  Supported Group Living Residences
ISR = Intensive Support Residences
CP = Community Participation Services and Support
ADL =  Activities of Daily Living
RESP = Caregiver Respite Services and Supports
ALL = (All programs listed above and including: Supported Independent Living; Adult Protective Services; Employment Supports)
